Healthwick ships all products in discreet cardboard boxes.

The outside of the box will NOT have:

• Manufacturer's name, or logo (i.e. TENA, Abena, etc.)
• Product name, description, SKU, or barcode

The outside of the box MAY have:

• Box dimensions (i.e. 12 x 6 x 9)
• Box manufacturer (i.e. Uline)

All shipping address labels simply read "Britnell", Healthwick's parent company.

Our packages are rigorously tested in the Canada Post system to ensure that they arrive to you in good condition and in good time.

Please note that Pick-Up Orders may be in the original manufacturers box unless otherwise specified by the customer.
